  I rang the Seven Hills store and there was no answer for a long time, and finally got to the K mart national line. I requested for earlier appointment because I needed to go somewhere after that. I was told to come in Mt Druitt store at 2 pm and the guy on the ph "rang" the store to confirm it. When I got there I was told it was booked for 3 pm. I felt cheated and I would be late for my other appointment if it is 3pm. I got no apology or explanation. So I decided to go to Bob Jane near by and it was done cheaper and straight away with better customer service.

  Customer service number reaches to call center, good customer service over the phone, dropped the car and was ready within an hr. Good service at store too by MIchael.

  I brought my toyota camry here to get the coolant fix, brake and tires replace. I was charge a lot of money to get the coolant leak repair i was told they were unable to get my tires replace and brake because they were unable to get the wheels off. They broke my tires and they charge me for coolant repair which was not fix at all leak was still there i end bringing the car back an hour after taking my car and i was advise it will cost me more money again to get car fix. I also brought my corolla for oil leak i was advise to leave my car there for few days. I called after few days i told it will cost me 700 to get oil leak repair so i decided to take my car out i was charge 81 for just leaving my car there and it says on the invoice oil leak but they are unsure where the leak is???to bring back again after a week this is shop is JOKE BIGGEST RIPPED OFF

  Sorry to say but the staff at the office was rude and very unprofessional. Asked me to leave the car for the whole day before asking me about what issues i had with the car. From his behaviour, he was clearly not interested in serving me may be because i had 15 years old car. Anyways, found another friendly mechanic in kmart tyres and auto surrounding. Will not recommend kmart to my friends and family.
