    I am a hairdressers worst nightmare - I am the middle aged woman who walks in with crazy hair and asks someone she's never met before to make her look fashionable and younger with an easy to care for haircut. And Melissa at HHW delivered. She was friendly and talked through her idea's, making sure I was on board for her suggestions.
